SealX DIY Motorhome & Caravan Kit

Everything you need to do your own motorhome or caravan up to about 8m, using the same products our applicators use.

What's in the kit:

• SealX Sealant 500ml
• SealX Primer 500ml
• SealX cutting compound 500ml (medium for paint that's still got a shine, heavy for dull or chalky paint)
• SealX Wash Concentrate 1L for aftercare
• Microfibre applicator pad for putting the coating on

You'll also need: a machine polisher, polishing pads, some IPA (isopropyl alcohol) from the hardware store, and plenty of good microfibre towels, 320gsm minimum.

How it goes:

1. Wash with plain soap and clay it if the paint feels rough
2. Cut and polish with the compound in small sections, wiping each section off with a microfibre and a spray of IPA and water 50/50 as you go
3. Spray a fine mist of Primer, leave it a minute or so to soak in, then wipe off with a clean microfibre
4. Apply the Sealant thin with the applicator pad, leave 30 minutes, then buff off with a clean microfibre
5. Keep it dry for 3 days, then wash with the Wash Concentrate only from then on

Please note: our warranty covers coatings applied by accredited SealX applicators only. It's the same coating in the same bottle, but how well it lasts comes down to the prep, so we can't warrant a job we haven't done.
